Performance (in English)

Content note: The practice involves lying down with one’s eyes closed in the dark for around 45’. There is no direct contact with the performer. The entire performance is an experience of listening and processing. If anyone feels uncomfortable at any time, the person is free to leave the practice and will be accompanied to the exit.
