Single-channel video

Shame explores themes of trans identity, bodily existence, and the intersection of personal and biological narratives. Abstract and layered, the video juxtaposes overlapping 3D body scans with archival ultrasound images from the artist’s embryonic stage. By blending present and past representations of the body, the work opens a dialogue on human development and the continuity between cis and trans experiences. The piece challenges perceptions of biological differences and celebrates the inherent diversity in bodily forms.
