A Circle as the Center of the Whole uses the metaphor of archaeology to excavate simultaneous strands of memory and mythology, constructing a fragmentary portrait of the city of Delhi. What emerges is a speculative archive – partial, intimate and haunted – where the personal and the political collapse into one another.
